At Compass Solutions, we measure a Raving Fan as a client who will satisfy at least one of the three following metrics by the end of the project:
- Wants to “give us”/negotiate additional work.
- Refers us to other companies that are in need of our project management services.
- Will enjoy providing a client testimonial of our project performance.
